Mentorship has always been a quiet force in my life—one that shaped me, challenged me, and helped me rise. As a woman from a diverse background navigating the engineering world, I was fortunate to have mentors who saw my potential early on. They weren’t just check-ins or recommendation letters. These were real relationships: professors who encouraged my voice in the classroom, colleagues who made space for me in meetings, and program leaders who pushed me to aim higher.
